These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate the terms of use of the services (hereinafter referred to as "these Services") provided on this website by KATO Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Article 2 User Registration

If the Company determines that the applicant for user registration meets any of the following criteria, the Company may cancel the registration.

Article 3 Use of the Service

Article 4 Management of User ID and Password

Article 5 Deletion of User ID
If a User wishes to terminate use of the Service and delete their User ID, they may do so by submitting a request to the Company.

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts when using this service. If any of the following acts are detected, we may refuse the user's use of this service and this website.
- Any act that violates laws, regulations or public order and morals

- Any action that may disrupt the operation of our services

- Impersonating other users
- Any act of directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in relation to our services

Article 7 Suspension of the Service
If the Company determines that any of the following circumstances exist, the Company may suspend provision of the Service in whole or in part without prior notice to the User.
- When necessary for the maintenance, inspection, or updating of computer systems related to this service
- When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, fires, power outages, and other natural disasters.
- When a computer or communication line is stopped due to an accident
- Any other case in which the Company determines that it is unavoidably difficult to provide the Service.
Even if any disadvantage or damage occurs to the user or a third party as a result of such a situation, the Company shall not be liable for any such disadvantage or damage.
Article 8 Suspension of Provision of the Service
Our company reserves the right to suspend provision of the Service without prior notice to the user in any of the following cases:
- If you violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- If the credit card company registered with the user notifies the user of a credit default.
- Any other case in which the Company determines that use of the Service is inappropriate.
Article 9 Disclaimer
1. We will provide the Service as is, and make no guarantee to the User that the content of the Service is complete, accurate or useful, or that there is no infringement of rights.
2. Users shall use the Service at their own risk, and even if the Company provides information or advice to users, the Company shall not be held responsible for the content of such information or advice.
3. We shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, disputes, etc. that arise between member users and other users or third parties through this service.
4. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user due to communication line failures, web page tampering, etc.
Article 10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In addition, in the event of a lawsuit arising from these Terms and the use of the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the exclusive jurisdiction.
Supplementary Provisions
This agreement will be revised and implemented on January 15, 2025.
