Items can be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped from the shipping source.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us directly via the inquiry email address. Please note that we may not be able to accept your cancellation depending on the timing of the shipping company's arrangements.
Generally, we do not accept returns after purchasing products from our store.
We will only exchange products for alternative items if there are special reasons, such as damaged products, orders that we are not aware of, or orders that occurred due to our negligence.

In case of defective products or missing items <br>If the product is defective or missing items after it arrives, please contact us by email within 2 days.
